1. What is BrightWave Trading Academy?

BrightWave Trading Academy is a CAC-registered educational brand in Nigeria offering forex trading mentorship, digital skill development, and business strategy coaching. We help individuals build sustainable financial independence through structured learning and community support.

2. Is BrightWave a scam?

Absolutely not. We are a legally registered entity (RC: 8469874) with a physical presence, verified payment methods, and testimonials from hundreds of successful mentees. Transparency is at the core of our operations.

3. What do I need to start learning forex?

All you need is a smartphone, stable internet, and the willingness to learn. We’ll guide you from beginner to intermediate and advanced levels using live classes, video modules, and mentorship support.

4. How much does mentorship cost?

We offer various mentorship packages starting from ₦100,000 to ₦200,000 depending on the plan. Each plan includes different features such as one-on-one sessions, signal access, and community engagement.

5. Do I get lifetime access?

Most of our mentorship packages come with a 6-month or 12-month access depending on your subscription. However, premium users get extended or lifetime access to key materials.

6. Do you offer signals?

Yes. Our WavePips signal app provides real-time, accurate trading signals, accessible only to subscribed and verified users. We also teach how to analyze signals, not just copy them.

7. Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we allow installment payments depending on the plan. Kindly contact support to request a split payment structure before enrollment.

8. What if I miss a class?

All our sessions are recorded and made available to active mentees. You can catch up at your own pace via your dashboard or student portal.

9. Do I need a laptop?

A laptop is recommended for advanced analysis, but you can start and trade comfortably using a mobile phone. We also guide on using trading apps like MetaTrader 5 (MT5) on Android and iOS.

10. Will you fund my live account?

We occasionally run promotions with prop firms where top-performing students receive funding. However, we do not guarantee personal account funding.

11. Is there a refund policy?

Refunds are only issued within 5 working days after enrollment. After this grace period, mentorship fees become non-refundable as access to materials and resources would have been granted.

12. Can I use my phone for all the classes?

Yes! Every class is designed to be mobile-friendly. You can join Zoom classes, download PDF materials, and participate in group chats—all from your mobile device.

13. How do I know this is legit?

Visit our testimonials page, check our Instagram and WhatsApp for student reviews, and feel free to speak to an admin before payment. We have over 1,000 real stories and results to show.

14. What happens after I pay?

After successful payment, you’ll be redirected to create an account and access your dashboard. An email confirmation with your login details will also be sent immediately.
